I was told that they did give me a room with 2 beds, so they fulfilled my reservation request. 😳 And they gave me 10,000 Hilton Honors points as compensation. It takes about 3 times that to even stay at that same hotel for a free night. Will definitely work with my Corp travel to have this location removed from approved hotels.
